I’ve done this workout,Quick 10 Minute Upper Body Strength Workout - (Bored Easily), numerous times and just today realized that the max calorie count at the end of the workout says 135 but in the description box it says 230 is the max. Does anyone know which one is accurate?🤷🏻♀️ I don’t have any way to (easily) calculate calories so I always rely on the calorie bar.
