Oh boy oh boy! Do you know why I like the kickboxing workouts? because I feel so sore after it for about three to four days and I just love and love this feeling when my upper body is so sore. My posture gets better then and I can controll it even better. I can barley move my shoulders today and I feel like I´m locked in an ice block so that I can´t move at all. Lol. I also did today a HIIT session followed by an abs round. I feel great and accomplished
