What's going on, FB Fam? It's half-time at the FB locker room. In other words; your typical Wednesday check-in.
And given how much is left of our week until the goal post of the weekend, this is also right about time Daniel will throw out an, "Almost done!" :P
..Really though, I think we are cruising right along this week at a nice pace. And as we continue to drive down these Kimless roads, I've got another #WildflowerWednesday to keep up on the fun(?) and different sights! ..If not fun, at least different!
But if you're feeling a little Kimsick, like, homesick for a real checkim...well, the best I can do is give you a picture with Sandhill in its name. This delicately pink wildflower is not a Sandhill Crane (Obviously, Raven. Duh.) but a Sandhill Wireweed.. The buggy couple that decided to photo bomb are love bugs. You might remember them from a check-in of mine some time ago. The good news regarding those bugs is that the second season flurry of them is nearing the end!
Alright, leaving flowers and bugs in the rearview mirror, how are those workouts shaping up for you guys? Who is ready to get physical? What do you have going on in regards to a program right now? Hopefully you are kicking butt and getting that butt kicked; in a good way! And as always, there is that rest option.
^Put on some music and let the endorphins kick in! That's my plan anyway, but what about you? ..Whatever you do, always keep that modfying option in your back pocket. Never be afraid to modify to suit the needs of your body!
And what will we be fueling our said bodies with today? Let's get all the meals in there. No food groups left behind! And yes, Lynna, even foods we daydream about can count^^ ..All is welcome! Because as we all know, food is pretty much life. Who says you can't eat to live AND live to eat? ..Right now my dinner looks like it's going to be sandwhiches. Pork sandwiches on homemade rolls, topped with a creamy coleslaw, BBQ sauce and onion; Now that's what I'm talking about! And banana nice cream for dessert? Yeahya! Ready already for that!
