This was today´s workout. I had no time to bulid my own workout structure so I did this kick boxing workout. I love kick boxing but this one was really tough so that I did the first 26:24 minutes only. At this point I was so tired though. I don´t regret it at all. Maybe next week I´ll be able to complete it and smash it. I broke sweat though and feel good.
