Week 1 of 4 - Day 2 Low Impact - Checking I!

I am brnd new here...started the 4 Week Low Impact program yesterday and completed yesterday and today - and SO thankful for the joint-friendly programs.

As a middle aged artist who was sitting and snacking wayyyy too much, I have 60+ lbs to lose, but I am not going to dwell on where I went wrong...I am going to just keep working on what I know is right!
