Update

Hi everyone im here to provide an update on my previous post and how i have come so far so you can find what i sued to do and what is new as seen below for what i had as previous plan here it is ( https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/14881/help-me-on-my-journey ) now for my new plan which i am starting to apply first of all i am a 16 year old boy i weigh in at 75.5kg i am 170cm tall and here is my plan i eat a bowl of cereal and milk in the morning at school i eat a cheese sandwich with brown toast when i come back home i eat 2 cups of rice and either fish or chicken and at 5:30pm my last meal for the day is 2 bananas then after that at 8:30pm i go workout i walk 8km at a 6km pace and do 20 squats 10 push ups and a 30 second wall sit so would you recommend i do something differently

P.S if i hopefully reach 70kg within the next weeks or so should i start bodybuilding or should i lose more weight and if yes should i start training with weights or juts my body weight
