I have been on Fitness Blender for three years. I have always had trouble with motivation to workout and difficulty being consistent. Finally, I decided to try a four week low impact Workout Program. It is 5 days per week plus an optional 6th day. I finished the program without missing a single workout. I think there is great value in curated workouts that fit personal needs. I knew I would get discouraged with long workouts so I chose a workout program that I felt confident that I could do. Completing the workouts were fun and increased my confidence and enthusiasm. I am trying another four week program now. Workout programs worked for me.
