Stomach getting bulky

Hi guys, ive been working out for 1.5 years and ive noticed my stomach is getting bulky rather than flat and toned (it actually was more flat before) I'm not overweight I actually weigh 9.2 stone and my height is 5ft 7" I have gained weight since I started working out last year but I think this is muscle. Any idea how to correct the bulky look? Many thanks

FYI My routine is

Friday - HIIT + Lower strength

Saturday - Cardio + Upper

Sunday - HIIT + core

Tue - Lower strength

Wed - Upper strength
