I have seen several times in the forums the assumption that to lose weight you HAVE to workout for like an hour a day.
Flaws with this
1. If you are a beginner, you could get burned out on that very quickly
2. It’s not true
All of Fitness Blenders programs are GREAT.
I don’t know how many of y’all read the descriptions on the workouts but Kelli has said, several times, that she only works out for about 30-45 minutes at a time.
I lost 50 pounds only working out 30-45 minutes a day.
As long as you’re pushing yourself, you should be able to see results with one of their 30-45 minute workouts programs.
That said, if you just love working out for a longer amount of time, you just want to challenge yourself extra, etc, go for it! Haha
