Hi! I am in the middle of FB30 and totally my last workout hurt my shoulder. It was a pain that went down from my neck to my shoulder. That was three days ago and while it feels a lot better, it is still sore when I sleep at night and I can feel it when I turn my head really far.
So, I am going to give it time and will maybe get it looked at soon if there is no improvement but for the time being, are the any FB workouts/exercises anyone could recommend? I am thinking I can't even do yoga since it would require me to put pressure on the shoulder for some moves. I know I will not be able to finish FB30 right now:(. Lower body with heavy weights would pull down on my shoulders. Maybe just running/walking and lower body exercises with no or light weight?
