First workout complete in a while

I've been way to busy and tired to do actual workouts for the last month or so. Last week though I was on vacation and we did lots of hiking and walking. I don't go back to work until tomorrow so I had time to do a workout today. I started back with https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-and-abs-workout-compound-upper-body-workout-for-strength-and-coordination this workout and I think if I do it a few more times I might get used to what the moves are. I forgot to switch sides on the dumbbell chop oops. I did really like it though. I'll attach a picture from vacation as well.
