Hi all! I’m currently trying out extending Sweat to be 3 workouts per week instead of 5 with an optional 6th, and I just finished my first 6 workouts which means... technically week one is complete!! I’ve been supplementing with gym classes: dance fusion once a week, hot yoga once a week, and a HIIT class only on the week where the optional active rest day falls. So far I am honestly loving this set up. I’ve tried FB programs with the 5 day calendar in the past and it felt like too much... it actually started feeling like FB was taking away from my life, but doing it this way it feels like it’s adding! I also am feeling pretty darn good about my body progress. I know some people were serious about how extending the program to do fewer workouts a week would feel and I’m here to say so far SO good!
