Amping up my leg day with these bands

I purchased some better bands recently, better than the cheap rubber ones that I had. And wow, do I feel the difference! I’ve been using them for all squats, lunges, thrusts, Pilates. It provides increased resistance to the outer glutes and hip flexors. I was inspired to do this by some of the fitness people I follow on IG. And I can see why they use this technique. So I thought I would share here. It’s good to mix things up, and use those muscles in a different way sometimes.
