Is FB Low Impact the right choice?

Hi guys,

I'm just getting back into working out after falling off the wagon during college. I've had a lot of injuries so right now it's back to the basics and I'm trying to progress carefully while really focusing on form. I'm wondering if there are a lot of weights-based workouts in FB low impact? Would this program still be worthwhile if I chose to use no weights (or only very light weights)? I have a shoulder injury so have to be really careful with lifting. Is there a better program for that? It doesn't have to be low impact necessarily. I'm pretty used to modifying workouts but I'd like to choose a program where I don't have to modify constantly.
