Day 8 done!

First things first I want to thank all of the people from the bottom of my heart, who stood beside me and cheered me up while I was having hard days and a battle with my eating disorder. I recovered and did the cardio workout for today. I´m not gonna lie It felt so good during and after the workout. I simply love this feeling of beeing accomplished and disciplined with the workout schedule.

The exercises were:

Cardio (40 sec on, 10 sec rest) + Abs Bonus

Group 1: 8 Butt Kicks + 2 Pop Squats

4 Jumping Jacks + 2 Forward Kicks

4 Push Ups + 4 Mountain Climbers

Bird Dog

Group 2: Shuffles

Sprints

Slow Core Twists

High Knees

Group 3: Criss Cross Mountain Climbers

4 Squats + 1 Squat Jump

Jump Rope

Tricep Push Ups

Group 4: Crunches

Sit Ups + Torso Twists

The Hundreds

Plank Hip Dips

Oblique Crunches Right

Oblique Crunches Left

So Day 8 done and Day 9 here I come!
