Lazy workout #lifebeyondHIIT 😜

As you can tell from my footwear, my workout this morning was pretty intense 😎

But I did something and I’m glad I did, it was worth it. A sort of Pilates blend with a few upper body dumbbell moves. I haven’t done full blown HIIT or really heavy lifting in a couple of years now but I’m just doing what I can as I can and I feel relatively fit still, and stronger all the time. I should be able to just continue to bump up the intensity of my workouts gradually. So those little easy workouts aren’t for nothing 💙 Keep pushing, always keep doing what you can (even if it feels like it’s not much).

Loki is so sweet. This is him puppy guarding because he thinks I might be leaving (I had put the slippers on haha).
