I debated posting this. Mostly because I haven't reached my goals yet and only have measurements that I feel comfortable sharing. Note: My fitness routine is in the comments for anyone looking for a reference.
Keep in mind that numbers are just that: arbitrary units that we've made up. That being said, I am so happy with my progress so far!

March '19: 186.6lb
Sep '19: 165.2lb
Measurements (same dates, in inches):
Arms: 12.5 to 11.5
Upper Belly: 36.5 to 35
Lower Belly: 43 to 37.5
Hips: 44 to 40
Mid-Thigh: 24 to 21.5
Calves: 16.5 to 15
Total inches lost (if my math is correct): 16.
