FB Burn (R1 or R2) or FB Blend ?

Hello,

I just started FB 30 Round 4 for the second time in a row. I like this program very much because it's making me work smarter and it's a good combination of strength and HIIT. Also the length of the videos of approx. 30 minutes (give or take) it's great for a new mom with a 6 month old baby.

I want to mix things up a little bit and start a new program after i finish this one. I can't decide between FB Burn (R1 or R2) and FB Blend. I would like a little bit more strength workouts and from time to time videos a little bit longer. I don't have the time do every day a 50 minute workout, but here and there i am able to do maybe a 40-45 minute workout.

What do you guys suggest?
