Mirrors are great but I find myself wanting to look in the mirror and therefore sacrificing my form lol.
So I recorded myself. Difficult as it was to watch I learned very important things:
1) when I lunge behind with my left leg it tends to go inwards, more of a curtsy lunge.
2) I can probably, definitely, get lower in my squats.
3) I always think my back is bent and hunched when I do deadlifts and it's pretty straight!
I highly recommend video taping yourself! It's definitely worth it 😄
