Today is the third day of the plan. I was meant to go swimming, but the swimming pool is closed today. So I switched between Day 3 and Day 5 since Day 4 is a rest day and I did an Upper body Strength Workout. Because I´ve lost my fitness and flexibility I used a one-klio dumbel set. It wasn´t so challenging in some movements but in others it was challenging. In total I felt I crushed it after the workout but 1 hour after I don´t fel like I worked out. Maybe because the dumbles weren´t heavy enough! or I should have done more reps than 15! As promised here are the Exercises that I put together to create an easy but at the same time a challenging workout:
Superman
swimmers
Bicep curls
bent over row
Overhead press
Tricep extensions
Standing Chest press
Reverse fly
Standing pullovers
Lateral raise
push ups
Plank with alternating single lateral raise
15 repetitions for each exercise and two sets in total.
