I haven't been on here in a while due to a busy summer, but I've still been keeping up with my WO's.
This week, I'm finally finishing my 8 week FBFit2 program.... that I started in, um, May 😆 But I'm okay with it, I've been seeing some results anyways so we'll see how my "After" PFT goes on Wednesday.
I now have a full blown cold, but I didn't let that stop me from working out today. It didn't look too hard on paper, but I was sweating by the end of it. I had to blow my nose a few times between intervals hence the crumpled up tissues amongst the weights lol. I even threw in 4 rounds on our squat press (I love that thing) in place of the extra credit. I kept the reps low today. Tomorrow is an active rest day, so I will be stretching with Daniel. Looking forward to some soup tonight.
