Early last week I worked my lower body doing the 100 Squat #1 challenge and 100 Lunge challenge. I pushed myself. It was tough, though not too much so (I thought). I was so incredibly sore I couldn't work out the rest of the week. Not enough stretching afterwards maybe?
Anyway I figured I would do some kind of workout on the weekend, so as not to feel like I'd "wasted" the entire week....but no. I put it off.
Today...Monday (never miss one, right?...) I got back on track with this video (which I really enjoy):
