FB Sweat Program Complete!

This morning I completed FB Sweat and I am absolutely amazed by the results. I knew I was pushing myself and I have been feeling great, but I have also been reminding myself it's only four weeks and I shouldn't expect miracles. Well here are my before and after PFT results:

1 mile run: before 11:36, after 10:28

Push ups from knees: before 2, after 7

Squats: before 42, after 47

Full plank: before 2:23, after 2:42

Sit & reach: before -5 1/4", after -2 1/8"

I was really surprised by the mile time since I really never run other than this test. I've been doing FB Sweat with all the extra credit workouts and I've been riding my bike pretty often. I'm happy about the improvement in push-ups but also want to keep working on that and getting stronger, and I also want to keep working on flexibility.

What's next? Classes are about to start back up so I'm thinking of doing another round of FB Sweat but without the extra credit until I get into more of a routine and see how much work these classes are going to be. I'm also considering buying FB Reach to add on for more flexibility improvement.
