Overcoming old triggers

Normally hearing this kind of talk from my mom would send me into a shame/self-hatred spiral. She was always so critical of our eating and size growing up that it led me to some very unhealthy habits. Thankfully I now love the fact that I’m strong and fit, and whether or not my thighs “get huge” I know they’re going to be powerful, so who cares.
