Considering I still have an injury that prevents me from doing any HIIT workouts (or jumping of any kind) I was thinking of lining up FB Strong to be my next program.
Logically, I know that I will most likely really enjoy it because I love strength training, it won't irritate my foot as much, and I'll be able to keep up with it more consistently than others right now.
... ILLOGICALLY, I'm worried I won't actually see the weight loss with this program as I would probably others. And so it would be a 'waste of my time' kind of crap.
Basically I'm looking for words of encouragement, and I also want to hear from those who have completed this program: what were your results like?
Talk me out of my skepticism. - FBStrong
