Motivation... please come my way!

I never really got back to my regular workouts after my vacation ended. Now I want to try to do something about that. I'm not feeling all too motivated, though. I do know that it's good for my body to do regular workouts and that it will help me lose some pounds and become a little bit thinner. So I guess I just have to do it and not think too much about it, right?

I'll be starting with the Low Impact Program for the second time around. This time I'm planning to "just" do three-four workouts a week, to begin with anyway. Is there anyone else here that schedules a program and then makes changes in the calendar to do less workouts per week than the program wants you to do? To workout three-four times a week is still good, right?

Motivation... please come my way! Cause right now I'd rather just watch Netflix and eat an ice cream or chocolate or potato chips...

PS. I'm skipping the PFT this time around. Do you guys always do that one or what are your thoughts on this?
