The majority of our full Workout Programs are really meant to be stand-alone and don’t leave much room for other full programs. There are, however, some programs that fit together very well, since they target different parts of the body.
One of our favorite combinations is FB Flex (upper body) and FB Booty (lower body). There are other possible combinations too, of course.
