Which workout program is best for the results I want?
I've been trying to figure out which workout program is best for the results I need -
I want to keep my body fat percentage low and build more muscle. I feel pretty weak and I lack physical strength and any definition on my body (I still have a lot of excess skin left) due to overcoming an eating disorder and losing all my muscle tone.
