I stopped working out 3 years ago. I enjoyed running and weight lifting until I started having health issues, turns out it was IBS. I have since changing my lifestyle, job, and most importantly my diet and have seen improvements. Because of this I finally want to get back to working out and figured this looked like a really good way to start. A program vs picking random videos seems like the best way since all the research has been done for me, plus the added expense will help keep me on track since I don't want to just pay for something and not use it.
I am in my mid 30s, and thin looking to increase my endurance and look more toned, not interested in weight loss. Which plans would you guys/gals recommend?
