I'm not up to buying a program right now and so I'm trying to form my own program off of the free videos. I want to make sure though that I get through all the muscles, and doing all kinds of workouts, like cardio, strength, toning, maybe some stretching...I am not really ready for HIIT. I am a total beginner.
I'm finding it hard though to get everything in. I don't have any equipment besides a mat. which is fine, because there are a lot of videos. It's just that if I focus on one muscle group one day, and something else the next, it's hard to find a video perfect for me that focuses on a different type of training and muscle.
I'd really like some advice on how to set this up. Total body training? One muscle a week?
