The other day I posted about how I wasn't noticing a visable difference.
Then today I was waking up and stretching my body out and put my hands on my thighs. They were freaking so-lid. Not squishy at all. So when I do lose the weight and when I do start to see changes it is going to be awesome.
I realized we're just giant unshapen blocks of stone or clay. We need to keep working at it to chip away and take shape. And like a lot of art it doesn't look like anything... Until one day it does.
It doesn't matter if I can see it now, I haven't worked at it long enough! I am really excited to keep working at it though
