Hello, i’m only 6 weeks after my clavicle fracture and although i feel decent enough to do some workouts i can’t put any weight on right arm.
I need to do HIIT to keep fit for my main sport (cycling) but all the videos i’ve seen have some burpees or push ups.
Can you recommend some hiit video without them? Shall i just replace them with any other move in the video?
