I have been working out with FB for a few years. Always doing HIIT and weight lifting. I have also been an acitve weight watchers member.
I am 38 yo, 5'3" and weigh between 139-142 (changes daily) My body is changing --more muscle tone, but I can NOT drop any more weight. I eat pretty clean, stay within my daily eating target, drink water (probably not enough), but I need advice! What does it take to drop those last 10 pounds! I know I am a "healthy weight", but still feel like there is a lot of extra I am carrying around.
