Several weeks after starting my dedicated cutting plan, I'm down from my starting point of 315lbs to 308lbs. Surprisingly, I seem to have become stronger during this period, at least when it comes to my kickboxing and heavy bag work. I've literally never thrown a hook with more power before than my workout a couple days ago, it rocked the bag and the entire garage, haha.
