Shoulders

I started the FB low impact - Fat loss program this week. But when I got to the third day where you work out your arms, my shoulders got extremely tense and gave me a migraine later on that day. During the workout I listened to my body and didn't push more than I needed to. I'm pretty prone to migraines, and have them more often than most people do. The migraine has put me off more than just a day to recover, and was not a normal migraine for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do the arm workouts without causing more stress to my shoulders, and less likely get a migraine?
