first day here

Hi everyone, registered a few days ago and did my first workout this morning while still on holiday. It was fun (i literally laughed).

I am a non-pro competitive cyclist who’s never really looked at fitness. Had a bad year with two traumatic injuries (a fractured kneecap and a fractured collarbone six months after the kneecap). Still recovering but i need a boost and confidence in my body and this seems the place.

Almost looking forward to going home from holidays and starting a program!
