FB Burn Round 2 Check-in -Headed into week 3!

Hey everyone! Last week I successfully completed week 2, no days skipped, putting me right at the halfway mark of this program. It was a lot of HIIT so my lower body was sore almost every other day! But it felt great.

I can't really see too many outward results yet, but the changes are mostly that I FEEL amazing. I have lots of energy, strength, and my endurance has been better than ever which is a win in my book! However, (sorry if TMI), I was on my cycle last week so I was really bloated and crampy, didn't really feel super lean but I was able to perform great! Usually I just give up and don't do anything during that time, so it was great to get HIIT workouts done and feel like a total warrior goddess.

Anyhow, today I'll have to skip because it's my dad's birthday and we are having a party for him after work (the only time I have to work out), but tomorrow I'm getting back at it with the first day of week 3!! Wish me luck!!
