Did you have a good weekend?

I have a pic today of a Chipping Sparrow who seems to be experiencing a bad case of the "Mondays". Seriously, look at those grumpy little eyes! haha

Ok, quick check-in today, caz Furry Trainer #3 still isn't feeling so hot, so we've got to get him checked out right away this AM.

So how about some workouts for today? Are you working out, or are you resting?

I'm going to attempt a lower body workout later today if time allows!

And how about some good food goin on today?

I haven't even begun to think about it yet! haha. So it's gonna be somethin quick and easy!
