FB30 day 28 with chronic headaches

Hey all,

I'm half way through fb30 and wanted to share my thoughts.

I used to work out in one or another way my whole life, but I also have chronic headaches making it tough to maintain consistant workout habits.

I just finished week four of fb30 and not only can I say that so far it is the most balanced workout plan I've ever followed, but also I didn't miss one day. Ofcourse the headaches are still there, but I noticed a significant drop in the amount of pain medication I need. Plus the number of migraines has decreased from two per week to one in two weeks for the last four weeks. This is huge!

Ofcourse I check in with my doc on a regular basis, so no experiments.
