FB Blend review and results.

Hi Everyone,

Here's my review and results (scroll down) of the FB Blend program.

I had a blast during the 4 weeks of this program. A lot of diversity and the ability to do the extra credit burn if you have the time. This program I have done after the FB Low Impact program.

My review

- What's great is the ability to choose if you want a standard length workout (30-40mins) or do those and extra credit workouts, or just do the extra credit workouts. I did all of them.

- Great diversity between, strength, cardio and HIIT.

- A few Yoga workouts are in the program, but one (mid way) I found to difficult (but hey, this gives room for improvement on that area)

- This program definitely gave me lots of progress, this on fitness levels and weight loss.

- Some workouts I found to easy after having done them, not a criticism of the program, this only shows me, you have to push harder next time.

- A fitness test is something that's not included in the program, but please do one before and after the program, you'll be surprised at your progress.

The results (this includes 3 extra 30 minute workouts outside the program)

- Vo2 max went from 40 to 41

- Reach still at 25 cm, the smaller the number the close to my toes. (So now I know I need to do more stretching and/or yoga)

- Pushups 23 to 25 (Yesss!, I always struggle with these)

- From 100 squats with 2kg, to 100 squats with 4.6kg (Need to up the ante at the next fitness test)

- From a 2 minute 11 seconds plank to a 3 minute 6 seconds plank.

- Lost 7.4kg

- Lost 5.5cm at the waist

- Gained 2.6% Muscle

- Lost 5.2% Fat

- Am now 1.9kg away from my goal.
