Low Impact Workouts/Flexibility/Yoga and weight loss

Hey all, I work out consistently usually using FB 30, I have complete 1, 2, and 3 each more then once. I just got FB 4 and I am excited to start it, but I also feel my body might need some rest. I am scared of gaining weight though if I do a low impact, flexibility or yoga type work outs for a couple of weeks. So if my nutrition stays on par, what has been your experience? Has rest helped or caused set backs to your goals? On one hand I know I should take a break, but mentally I am struggling with this. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
