FB Fit to FB 30???

I have 2 days left on my FB Fit program and I am thrilled with my progress. I can actually see muscle definition for maybe the first time in my life. I was planning to start FB 30 next week since the kids are back to school and life is busy but now I am wondering if I will lose a little bit of the progress I have made by switching from the longer workouts to shorter workouts. I want to build on what I have done, not go backwards in any way. Has anyone gone from a longer program to shorter program and still continued to have progress? Thanks!
