So right now I’m not horribly out of shape? But, I’m not exactly what I’d call in shape either.
I’m 33, I currently can do most things with my set of 8 pound dumbbells, I do modified pushups, and if I’m being honest, struggle with those sometimes. My main goal is building muscle, I have somewhat of a pooch that came around between a kitchen remodel and eating horribly, and starting a new job at a coffee shop with free drinks.😂
Is low impact the best bet to start with? I feel like it is, but I’d hate to but that one and end up completely bored- but on the flip side, I worry about buying one of the other programs, and being unable to do it.:/.
