Another newbie...

So new, I’m still seeing “FB” as Facebook.😂

Did a full body (short) kettlebell video today . Sort of jumping in.

I’m getting back into jump rope- and I follow a monthly yoga calendar, but I haven’t found a good workout I can stick with yet. I’ve heard good things- sooo I figured why not.:)

Working through a book on flexible dieting and figuring out my maintenance calories and macros and all that math stuff, too.

Haven’t decided if I’m going to purchase a plan or sort of play around yet- a plan seems simpler, tbh.

Will definitely lurk around here a bit.😂❤️
