Does anyone have any recommendations for logging workouts into my Fitbit? I did a Lower Body HIIT video this morning, 40 minutes total including warmup/cooldown, but it's both strength and cardio, should I do 15 minutes of 'weights' for strength and 15 minutes of 'aerobics' for the HIIT/cardio portion?
