I am currently running and practicing capoeira and I find that for my capoeira I need more strength (mostly upper body) and more flexibility. I was thinking about purchasing FB reach and Mass/Strong and alternating the workouts. Mass 3 times a week and reach for the 2 days as a "cooldown" after my run. 6th day is capoeira. What are your thoughts on this? Will I still reach my goals of increasing strength and flexibility?
