Hamstring Injury- Workout Programs?

Hi Fitness Blender folks! I have a pesky hamstring injury that keeps reoccurring. I originally strained it around two years ago jogging (I didn’t know the wisdom of listening to my body back then!) and kept trying to return to working out too fast. Before, my hamstring would feel tight near the top of the muscle, but now I’m feeling soreness more behind the knee. While I love the endorphin high with HIIT, I’m trying to accept that explosive motions like jumping tend to aggravate my hamstring. I try to stay away from lunges too.

However, I want to maintain my level of fitness and I get a little stir crazy just sitting around. Would FB Low Impact be a good program for my situation? I also considered FB reach. I’ve been doing core and upper body workouts but it would be great to follow a program.

If anyone has recovered from a hamstring injury and stayed active in the process- I’d love to hear from you! I know it’s a frustrating and persistent injury.
