Hi everyone. I've been reading through the community page here and I see that everyone is really helpful. Literally, you guys are great. Everyone is so there for each other and always trying to make things easier for others. So I was hoping that maybe someone can help me out here with how to set a goal so that I can feel like I'm working towards something.
I could probably lose around 20 pounds, and all around I just want to look good. I see though that Kelly and Daniel don't really advise going by the scale.
I happen to be totally new to exercise and eating healthy in general and I'm really getting myself started in eating healthier and working out for the past 2 weeks.
I would just like to have a concrete goal in mind to feel like I am working towards something and so that being healthy can make me feel accomplished.
