Hi there! I'm Rebeca and I've been working out with FB for quite a while but never really introduced myself to the community. I'm trying to build some more muscle and lose fat. I didn't lose too much of the later but there definitely are improvements!
So far my stamina increased tremendously, my strength as well.
For the last two weeks I participated in a carpentry workshop and it was tough work, but I was the only one among my teammates strong enough to do more difficult stuff, thanks to FB :) no sore muscles either, which is quite funny when so many people complain about aches.
One of the reasons I decided to post this is so that I get back on track, both with my workout routine and eating habits, also to stay accountable, which is quite troublesome after such a long break haha.
