Scheduling is likely to change for me and in September I will likely only have 30 to 45 minutes to workout uninterrupted. I am considering one of the FB 30 programs, but I remember abs round 2 had a mix of workouts in this range as well. I'd be interested in Hearing any experiences about using any of the FB 30 just for general fitness not for weight loss.
